The SheathLess Eaucath system was developed to make the treatment of the patient by angioplasty increasingly less invasive and to facilitate the procedures with radial artery access.
It consists of a dilator and a catheter guide. The dilator inserted in the catheter guide eliminates the need for an introducer to insert it in the vessel.
16 TWISTED GUIDES
Due to a cross mesh of 8 broad and flat guides and 8 narrow and flat guides, the guide catheter has a high torsional strength and resistance to kinking, and provides excellent support.
HYDROPHILICITY
Its high hydrophilicity ensures excellent catheter navigation even in tortuous vessels and reduces the risk of spasms during the procedures.
SheathLess Eaucath enables all medical devices to reach their site so that complex angioplasty can be performed with minimum invasiveness.
The elimination of the introducer permits the use of a 6.5 French guide catheter with an arterial puncture equivalent to the insertion of a 4 French introducer, and a 7.5 French guide catheter with a puncture equivalent to the insertion of a 5 French introducer.
