SASUKE is a double-lumen catheter designed for the treatment of coronary lesions near the bifurcations, complex lesions and CTO. Through its monorail and over the wire openings, SASUKE enables the main branch vessel and side branch vessel to be easily reached. The elliptical shaft and double internal structure made of steel guarantee high resistance to kinking and strong support even in tortuous vessels. The lack of a metal marker improves flexibility and enables movement through extremely tortuous sections without any rigid points. SASUKE is tapered with an outside diameter that ranges from 2.5Fr/3.3Fr in the proximal section to 1.5Fr in the distal section. The extremely small size and the length of 145cm enable the SASUKE microcatheter to be used via both the anterograde and the retrograde routes.
