The CARILLON^® Mitral Contour System™ enables the mitral ring to be remodelled by reducing dilatation and mitral regurgitation by means of a percutaneous procedure.

The system consists of an implantable device made of Nitinol, designed to be positioned in the coronary sinus, and a release system. The device is fully recapturable and is available in various measurements compatible with anatomical features; subsequent releases are possible if an initial device is removed.

CARILLON^® Mitral Contour System™ is indicated for use in patients with functional mitral regurgitation (FMR).

• No transseptal puncture
