This exclusive technology in which the second coil is inserted in the first ensures excellent twist control for the guide and maintenance of the curve for the entire duration of the procedure.

These features, together with the Slipcoat hydrophilic coating, enable operators to reach extremely distal regions safely.

Chikai is available with 0.014’’ and 0.010’’ diameters in lengths of 200cm and 300cm and for the most distal regions with a diameter of 0.008’’ and a length of 200cm.

Chikai is also available in the Chikai Black and Chikai Black 18 versions with a polymeric coating that reduces friction with the internal lumen of the microcatheters to a minimum, by increasing their pushability. They are available both in a standard version and a “Soft Tip” version.

Chikai Black has a diameter of 0.014’’, while Chikai Black 18 is an inverse-conical guide, with a diameter of 0.014’’ in the proximal part and 0.018’’ in the distal part, capable of providing greater support by maintaining excellent twist control.
