GENDER EQUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Kardia has always included equal and fair ethical values as behavioral basis for all the internal and external parties involved in any relationship with the company or working on its behalf, as included in our Ethical Code too.

Kardia aims to be a safe workplace for its employees, where discrimination and harassment, both physical and psychological, are excluded. Moreover, all relationships with clients and suppliers are based on utmost collaboration and transparency, with the promotion of the principle of fairness and the refusal of any discrimination or our counterparties.

Uni-PdR 125:2022 guidelines are perfectly in line with this strategic vision, therefore Kardia decided to establish a Gender Equality Management System and on October 15, 2024 obtained the related certification, whose achievement will be just the first step to implement all the needed gender equality policies.

The inspiring principles and measures that the Management included in this process are included in the Gender Equality Policy and in the “Zero Tolerance” Policy as per the Framework Agreement on harassment and violence on workplaces date April 26, 2007, here attached:
